this really hit home… legit just made me cry.. how beautiful is this kid?!!?! always support young entrepreneurs with wild ambition/dreams & ideas. i used to be this kid, spending my summers in the country of Argentina in my grandfathers tool shed making board games and awkward faulty furniture… all i had was a saw, some nails and a hammer, but having someone believe in you and support you is priceless. for real. ♥

Yo, so listen right…
I hate it when people take advantage of shit and then ruin it for others. Topic of this rant: Calling in sick. All these youngsters call in sick on a daily basis just because they don’t want to work, they’re hungover, they want to go out, etc. etc. right? Something that is nothing in compatible to being sick. But when someone responsible who has never called in sick ends up catching something…they have to have the stress on them of finding someone to cover them. So you’re telling me they can call in sick and they’ll get an “alright, we’ll find a cover; get well” and we’ll get a “find a cover”? That’s bullshit. Especially the part where we’re the ones picking up their shifts when they’re “sick” and they won’t even answer their phones when we mention a shift cover. The hell do you want a job then?
